How is my order fulfilled?

At Earthborn Elements, it is important to us that you receive your order in a timely and efficient manner. Because of that, we fulfill majority of our orders through Amazon’s Multi-Channel Fulfillment Service.

What shipping speed options are available?

Customers can select from Standard (3-5 business days), Expedited (2 business days) and Priority (1 business day) shipping speeds.

How soon will my order ship?

Orders using the Standard shipping speed will ship within 2 business days. Expedited and Priority speed orders will ship by the next business day.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an Order Confirmation email after you complete your purchase from our website. Within that Order Confirmation email will be a clickable tracking number that you can use to keep up to date on the status of your order. You can also Track Your Order Here by using your tracking number.

Do you ship international?

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Why did my order arrive in an Amazon branded box?

Getting you your order as soon as possible is important to us and because of that we use Amazon’s Multi-Channel Fulfillment Service to provide efficient shipping. With using this service, you will likely receive your order in an Amazon branded box.

Why did I receive a tracking number from Amazon?

We use Amazon’s Multi-Channel Fulfillment Service to ship our products. 

Can I cancel my order?

Please reach out to our customer service team through our Contact Us page to request to cancel your order. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to fulfill your request of cancelling your order. If your order has already been shipped, please wait for it to arrive to you before requesting a return and refund.

My order says it was delivered but I have not received my order, can you look for my order?

If your tracking number shows that your order has been delivered but you can’t locate your package, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page with your order and tracking number.

Can you help me with my order if it arrived damaged, wrong, or missing items?

Occasionally items may be damaged during transit, which is unfortunately out of our control. Should this happen, please reach out to Customer Service through our Contact Us page with your order number. Do not throw the damaged product, package, or packing slip away. You may be asked to provide photographic proof of damage (or evidence of any missing items).
